Does easyJet charge for the large cabin bag?
Yes.Costs extra, or with easyJet Plus or an Inclusive Plus fare.
- Everyone can bring one small under seat cabin bag free.
- A large cabin bag can be booked for your flight and comes with Speedy Boarding. It is always cheaper online than at the boarding gate, where it costs £60.
- easyJet Plus members and Inclusive Plus fares can bring a large cabin bag subject to space; if there is none, it goes in the hold.
More easyJet carry-on rules
- Both sizes include handles and wheels. Each bag can weigh up to 15 kg, but you need to be able to lift and carry it yourself.
- If you are auto-allocated an Up Front or Extra Legroom seat, your allowance is one small under seat bag.
- Cabin bags are size-checked before boarding. A bag over the limit, or a large bag without a booking for it, goes in the hold and charges apply.
