The UREVO FoldiMix 5L is a folding treadmill with a desk built in. A laptop tray sits on its front posts and adjusts up to 9.06 inches in height, so you can walk while you work without a standing desk. Clear the tray and it becomes a compact treadmill that reaches 7.6 mph, with a 9% auto incline.

What sets it apart is its 400-pound rating, rare for a folding treadmill, and its dual brushless motors. Its list price is $499.99, but UREVO was taking it down to $311.99 at checkout in October 2026, slightly less than the similar Foldi 3S. Amazon sold it for about $312 too.

UREVO FoldiMix 5L Review: Quick Verdict

The FoldiMix 5L is one of the best values in UREVO’s lineup at its sale price. For about $312, you get a desk, a motorized incline, jogging speeds, quiet brushless motors, and a weight rating that matches heavy-duty walking pads. At about 65 pounds, it’s also about 22 pounds lighter than the Foldi 3S.

The main trade-off is belt size. Its 39.4-by-15.8-inch belt is typical of a walking pad, about three inches shorter than the Foldi 3S’s, so taller runners may feel cramped near its top speed. Its desk also adjusts over a smaller range than the Foldi 3S’s.

What the FoldiMix 5L Specs Mean

The built-in desk is what makes the FoldiMix a treadmill desk rather than a walking pad. The tray sits on three support points with an enlarged tablet holder, and adjusts through eight height settings, up to 9.06 inches in all. UREVO recommends setting it before you start walking and keeping your speed slow while you work. Our desk height calculator can tell you roughly where your work surface should sit for your height.

The 2-in-1 design gives you two ways to use it. In walking mode, it runs at 0.6 to 4 mph for desk work. With the desk lowered out of the way, it reaches 7.6 mph for brisk walks and jogging. Its handrails can also fold down so it works like a walking pad, which UREVO says the Foldi 3S can’t do.

The 400-pound rating comes from UREVO’s lab testing, which it says covered normal use at regular speeds with 400 pounds and its maximum-speed test with 300 pounds. If you’re near the top of that range, stick to walking speeds. Its Amazon listing gives a 300-pound rating, a 12% incline, and a 75-pound weight, so we’ve used UREVO’s own specs throughout.

The 9% auto incline adjusts in nine steps from the remote or app, and the app’s guided workouts can change speed and incline for you. UREVO suggests keeping the deck flat for desk work and saving the incline for workouts. Our treadmill calorie calculator shows how much incline adds at your weight and speed.

Dual brushless motors have no carbon brushes to wear out, so they tend to run quieter and need less upkeep than brushed motors. UREVO rates them at about 35 dB, and the remote has a one-touch mute button. A 14-point shock absorption system, combining silicone absorbers, a suspended deck, and honeycomb pads, cushions each step.

Can You Really Work While You Walk?

At slow speeds, yes. A 2019 study in the Journal of Physical Activity and Health found that office workers walking at a treadmill desk at their own pace burned about 1.4 to 1.9 more calories per minute than when typing in a chair. Most people find typing and reading easiest at around 1 to 2 mph on a flat belt. Save brisk walking, incline, and jogging for when you’ve cleared the desk.

Prices are from UREVO in October 2026. The FoldiMix 5L and Foldi 3S list for $499.99 and $469.99.

Choose the FoldiMix 5L if you weigh more than about 250 pounds, want a lighter machine, or want the option to fold the handrails down and use it as a walking pad.

Choose the Foldi 3S if you’re tall or plan to jog often. Its belt is about three inches longer and nearly an inch wider, its desk adjusts over a wider range, and its handlebar has heart rate sensors. It’s heavier, though, and rated for only 265 pounds.

Choose the Strol 2S Pro only if you already have a standing desk and want UREVO’s 2-in-1 handlebar design with a long belt. It costs much more and has no built-in desk.

FoldiMix 5L vs. a Walking Pad and Standing Desk

If you already own a standing desk and only want to walk, a walking pad is simpler. UREVO’s SpaceWalk 5L also holds 400 pounds and has a 9% auto incline and a brushless motor, for about $270, but it stops at 4 mph. The flat SpaceWalk E1L costs about $140.

If you don’t have a standing desk, the FoldiMix 5L can cost less than buying a walking pad and a standing desk separately, and it adds jogging speeds. If you want to jog but don’t need a desk, the lighter Strol 2E Pro reaches 6.2 mph for about $220 to $260. Who Should Buy the UREVO FoldiMix 5L?

The FoldiMix 5L suits people who want one machine for a home office: slow walking while they work, incline walks, and easy jogs, without buying a standing desk. Its 400-pound rating makes it one of the few treadmill desks that heavier users can buy with confidence.

Skip it if you’re tall and want to jog often, since the Foldi 3S’s longer belt will feel roomier. Skip it too if you want to run fast, since 7.6 mph is for jogging, not training.

Final Verdict: Is the UREVO FoldiMix 5L Worth It?

Yes, especially on sale. The UREVO FoldiMix 5L combines a height-adjustable desk, a 9% auto incline, a 7.6 mph top speed, quiet brushless motors, and a 400-pound rating for about $312.

Its shorter belt is the main reason to look elsewhere. If you’re tall and plan to jog more than you walk, the Foldi 3S gives you more room for a few dollars more.
